A home base for a smokefree future
Client:
North Northamptonshire Council
Project:
The Quit Hub
Before someone asks for help to stop smoking, they need to feel that help is for them. We gave North Northamptonshire’s stop smoking service a new name and identity built around that belief: everyone is welcome, everyone deserves support, and nobody has to face quitting alone.

The service already offered a dedicated adviser, free nicotine replacement tools and a tailored plan. Its team understood that every person’s circumstances were different, and every quit attempt deserved encouragement.
But within the council’s wider branding, that personal approach was getting lost. Our task was to bring it into view.
We developed The Quit Hub name and brand around the idea of a home base. Somewhere people can find their footing and work with their adviser to build a plan that fits their life.
The name expresses the service’s purpose while suggesting a place where people belong. The promise, *With you all the way*, captures that sense of partnership, with someone alongside you through progress and setbacks, offering steady support when you need it most.

Our illustrated characters represent the person quitting and their personal adviser by their side. Together, they bring the brand’s values to life. Whether they’re working through a challenge or celebrating a milestone, they show what dependable support looks like. These shared moments help people imagine what’s possible when they aren’t facing quitting alone.
Comforting colours and approachable typography carry that feeling across the identity. A practical, encouraging voice helps people understand their options without judgement or pressure.
Together, these elements give the service an identity rooted in the care it already provides, with a clear invitation to anyone considering quitting: there is a place for you here.
